Use this when mornings trigger anxiety.
How to do it:
Keep routines predictable
Reduce stimulation

What to say:
"One step at a time."
"You're safe."

Why it works: Predictability supports regulation.

Option C: Calm Boundary + Skill-Building
Use this when delays are ongoing.
How to do it:
Set clear expectations
Use consistent routines

Why it works: Consistency builds independence.
